Real Estate Firm Launches High-end Residential Project in Bulgaria

Real estate developer Gardens Group launched on Thursday construction on its EUR 9,2 M Bistritza Gardens residential project in the outskirts of Bulgarian capital Sofia. Located near the village of Bistritza at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, the high-end closed-in complex will contain 52 single houses, with built up areas ranging from 226 square meters to 375 square meters. The developer also plans to build a private nursery, spa and fitness centre. It will also provide security, maintenance and technical support services once the compound is completed. Designed by LP Construct, it will be built by Lindner Bulgaria, while EIBank was picked as the financing partner, also offering preferential mortgage conditions to prospective buyers. The prices for houses in the compound range from EUR 241 700 and EUR 378 600. Gardens Group has completed its first project on the outskirts of the Bulgarian capital, Sofia Gardens between the districts of Lozenets and Dragalevtsi, in 2005. It has two more projects planned near Sofia - the EUR 22 M Lozen Gardens and EUR 400 M Gardens City.
